September 20: TMC Tucson 10k and 5k
Currently scheduled for Sunday morning, September 20, 2020, this race will be the second leg of the 2020 Gabe Zimmerman Triple Crown.  Providing funds for the Southern Arizona Roadrunners.  This race requires permit approval from Pima County, City of Tucson, and Pima Community College.  As you may know, the PCC campus is currently closed and the City of Tucson is not permitting special events.  Thus, we'll definitely have a Virtual Option, but we're also working with Pima County officials to find a new location, with a safe route, staggered starts, an unsupported course, and no pre- and post-race activities.  Please note that our overall goal is community safety, so we will make a final decision on an in-person event  in consultation with health experts, civic leadership, and the running community.  Registration is open and we've stopped all price increases.

October 25: The TMC A-Mountain Half-Marathon & The Tucson Lifestyle 5k Walk/Run. Also including the Cox Charities Free Mile and SAR FitKidz Mile. This event requires permits from the City of Tucson, Pima County, and the Arizona Department of Transportation.  Given that the City of Tucson is not providing permits for special events, we're also working with Pima County officials to find a new location for the TMC Get Moving Tucson event, with safe routes, staggered starts, an unsupported course, and no pre- and post-race activities.  This is the third and final event of the 2020 Gabe Zimmerman Triple Crown, raising funds for the BEYOND-Tucson Foundation, the Team Hoyt Arizona chair athletes, and the Southern Arizona Roadrunners.  Please note that our overall goal is community safety, so we will make a final decision in consultation with health experts, civic leadership, and the running community.  We'll always have a Virtual option, too!  Also, registration is open and we've stopped all price increases. . . .
